Collecting the cargo from the supplier

You can arrange delivery of the goods to our warehouse in China or Turkey yourself, or entrust this task to us.

If needed, we'll contact your supplier ourselves, agree on all the details, arrange collection of the cargo and deliver it to our warehouse for further preparation for the international shipment.

Organizing the international shipment

After receiving the cargo, we prepare it for shipment and select the optimal delivery method — air or sea, depending on your timing and budget.

If needed, we arrange preparation of the accompanying documentation, provide full support of the shipment and coordinate the clearance process together with licensed customs brokers.

Throughout the entire delivery, your personal manager monitors the cargo's movement and keeps you informed about every stage of the shipment.

Delivery to the recipient

After the cargo arrives in the USA, we arrange its delivery to the specified address.

You receive your cargo within the agreed timeframe, and we accompany the process until it's handed over to the recipient.
